We had a wonderful experience with Buffy. We were buying from out of town and needed someone who really knew the area and she was it! We were in town for just a couple days and during that time she had houses lined up for us to view, including the house we live in now. At the time houses were selling quicker than they were being listed and each one had multiple offers, so it was quite challenging to say the least. Buffy found us our house before it was listed and was able to negotiate for us to purchase it off the market! She was great at communicating with us throughout the process. Buffy was also very helpful at guided us through the buying process as we were first time buyers and had a lot of questions. I highly recommend her as a Realator!
